    Reflection and Learning

    Our team learned it’s important to pause frequently and consider our definition of consensus. Don’t wait until frustrations set in. Instead, take time to reflect on your processes and if they continue to serve you well.

    These pauses provide an opportunity to run the IROD bases to analyze a practice or evaluate progress. It also shows your team using this method is a great model for continously reviewing and improving your practices for Homerun success!
